Pro Teck Valuation Services Announces Hiring of New VP of Human Resources

Donna Daniels to Lead Human Resources

June 19, 2017, WALTHAM, Mass. — Pro Teck Valuation Services announced that Donna Daniels has been hired as the Vice President of Human Resources, a newly formed position with the company’s executive team focused on transforming the company’s Human Resources department.

In this new role, Daniels will be charged with making the Human Resources department a trusted resource for employees, and a true partner for management and leadership.

Daniels has nearly 20 years experience working in the field of human resources. In addition to being an Adjunct Faculty Member at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, she has held human resources leadership roles with employers including:  J.P. Morgan Chase, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Nexxus Lighting, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and most recently at Lasell College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in human resources education from Boston University.

Her responsibilities include creating clear policies and processes while providing excellent customer service and helping to strengthen Pro Teck’s management team through coaching and mentoring;

“We have a great team,” said Daniels. “My first priority is to create a strong HR infrastructure by establishing a firm foundation designed to educate our managers around the entire employee life cycle. This will help us as we continue to attract, retain and engage our workforce.”
