What is your dispute resolution process?

Pro Teck has an extensive QC process both on the pre and post-delivery side. We produce random weekly audits of our QC staff and panels to ensure consistency and quality as a post-delivery tool. Pro Teck also have a designated dispute team that handles all client disputes and are responsible for addressing all client’s concerns found on a particular file. The resolution team handles the dispute directly with the vendor, discusses all needed revisions and provides a final resolution summary to the client with the newly revised report. Our resolution team is also responsible for tracking all dispute trends and reporting back to ProTeck’s management team. Pro Teck’s management team meets and reviews all trends found in pre and post delivery QC from the resolution team, QC audits, VR audits and vendor audits and in reviewing the trends set action plans for continuous improvement of audit findings.
