Do you do background checks on appraisers and broker/agents?

All of Pro Teck’s supplier’s background checks are done through Sterling, a centralized database of background checks developed by REVAA, of which Pro Teck is a founding member and current board member. Pro Teck completes background checks on all of its valuation providers. Each appraiser or broker that performs work for Pro Teck must pass a yearly background check before receiving an order.
