Any valuation company is only as good as the people doing its field work.

Qualification as a Pro Teck Broker or Appraiser starts with a comprehensive approval process, followed by successful completion of a “new vendor” probation period. We control certification with a continuously updated performance rating. Pro Teck diligently screens all applicants in our vendor approval process. Interested parties must submit geographic coverage limitations, applicable insurance coverages, license or certification information, a resume (or company history) and three existing client references.

MAINTENANCE OF APPROVED VENDOR PANEL

Pro Teck conducts continuous audits of vendors. Any known quality issues are documented and signed with a response from the vendor. Audits include a check of the ASC.gov web site (for appraisers), active license and insurance verification and review of recent work. Quality offenses range in significance, with major misrepresentation leading to expulsion from the Pro Teck approved list.

VENDOR SCORING/ORDER ASSIGNMENT MATRIX

Pro Teck uses a comprehensive rating system to maintain updated scores on each real estate professional in our Vendor Network. The score includes criteria such as proximity, quality, turn time, capacity, case load and responsiveness.

We subject each report to a quality checklist. This creates a regularly updated aggregate quality score for each vendor. Significant weight on quality ratings are reflected in the vendor’s overall score. This directly affects the number of orders an individual vendor will be offered through the Pro Teck order matrix.

Our system creates a competitive environment which promotes superior quality and turn times. Through real-time scoring of quality and turn time, vendors are able to compete for orders, while those who score below minimum requirements remove themselves from the order invitation process.
